The partnership between the Siriraj Center of Research Excellence for Cancer Immunotherapy (SiCORE-CIT) and the Joint Research Center for Human Retrovirus Infection, Kumamoto University focuses on the development of animal models for testing next-generation CAR T cell therapies. This collaboration involves student exchange programs to facilitate research activities and co-publishing of research findings. The ultimate aim is to cultivate new expertise and knowledge in Engineering Cell for Immunotherapy in Thailand.
The collaboration between the Biomedical Technology Research Center, Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences, Chiang Mai University, and Professor Seiji Okada, Kumamoto University, Japan, has been established to conduct in vitro and in vivo studies on antibody-based immunotherapy for cancer. This collaboration involves conducting research, student exchange programs for research, co-publishing research findings in high-impact journals, and sharing research experience.
