Brief Description of Collaboration 

  • I am a stem cell biologist specializing in gene targeting and male infertility. I feel honored to have the chance to collaborate with the Cancer Immunotherapy Excellence Center. Working alongside the Cell and Immunotherapy Research Unit at Chulalongkorn University (CUCIT), we are currently using CRISPR technology to develop a protocol for the production and storage of CD3- and/or B2M-negative T cells, which will be utilized for customized off-the-shelf CAR T cell therapy.
