Brief Description of Collaboration

• I am currently Director of Center of Excellence in Systems Biology, Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand. I have 10 years of experience in clinical practice and 17 years of experience in the cutting-edge research at the NIH and Chulalongkorn University. I have been involved in over 100 projects in the fields of systems biology, proteomics, antibody research and development, computational biology, and bioinformatics. At present, my laboratory uses modern high-throughput technologies (esp. Orbitrap mass spectrometer and various NGS platforms) and computational techniques to investigate and develop novel applications for cancer immunotherapy such as a personalized neoantigen-based cancer vaccine. We are also developing therapeutic antibodies against immune checkpoints and various immunosuppressive molecules in the tumor microenvironment.
