Enhancing Cholangiocarcinoma Immunotherapy with Adoptive T Cells Targeting HLA-Restricted Neoantigen Peptides Derived from Driver Gene Mutations ธันวาคม 1, 2023 admin@นริศรา 0 Scientists have developed a new immunotherapy approach for cholangiocarcinoma (CCA), a type of cancer that originates in the bile ducts. The researchers identified neoantigens, which are unique markers found on cancer cells, from patient-derived CCA cells. They then loaded these neoantigens onto dendritic cells (DCs), which are a type of immune cell that can present antigens to T cells. The neoantigen-loaded DCs were able to stimulate T cells to attack and kill the CCA cells. This approach has the potential to improve treatment options for CCA, which currently has limited treatment options and a poor prognosis. เงินทุน Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation (Grant no.
